The hotel is clean and comfy. The underground garage is super handy. Breakfast was nice, even tho it costs extra. Loved that the bar is open all night for snacks and drinks!

The location is kinda far from the city center. Check-in was really slow, had to wait a long time.

The location is fantastic, being very close to the airport and not too far from the Old Town. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. I loved the private bathroom and all the amenities provided. The bathrooms had free toiletries which were a nice touch. The lobby area had a stylish design with a game area for kids. Check-in wait times were an issue, taking over 40 minutes. I encountered some moody staff at reception who seemed uninterested in guest requests, particularly regarding room preferences. Although the bar service was really good, I would have appreciated more dining options nearby as the hotel's menu was limited. Parking felt a bit pricey at over 15 euros per day, inconvenient.

We truly enjoyed this brand-new hotel. The a double room had central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV, facilities worked for us. Had private bathroom with all essentials. Even the Dusseldorf airport was not so far, 10 minutes drive away.

The room looked great with a lovely decor. Unfortunately, check-in took over 40 minutes due to staff inefficiency.

Room was quite quiet and internet worked well. The breakfast spread was excellent, providing plenty of delicious options!

Holiday inn, the niu, hub dusseldorf messe by ihg is a lovely, newly built hotel. The decor is fabulous, giving it a boutique feel. The employees I met were friendly. It's conveniently located, with easy access to the city center. I appreciated the welcome coffee outdoors, a nice touch.

Spacious Rooms with a Few Drawbacks

I enjoyed the large, comfortable room with great cleanliness . The location felt a bit remote, especially with luggage.

Great breakfast and 24/7 bar, but luggage storage could be better organized.

The location is fantastic, being relatively close to the airport and not too far from the city's Old Town. The breakfast was plentiful, perfect for fuel before a day of adventures, and I appreciated the convenience of the on-site parking.

Unfortunately, there was no gym available , a bit disappointing.

Great 5-night stay! the staff here were really friendly and always ready to help out. Plus, the room was conveniently close to the train station! 🚉.
